We saw a minor outage affecting 3 of our websites beginning at around 5:15pm, and got in touch with the relevant hosting provider approximately 5 minutes later. The fault was escalated to an advanced team within 15 minutes and the reason was determined to be an issue with the hosting provider processing SQL queries. At approximately 5:45pm full service resumed. The majority of your visitors should not have seen any impact due to our caching processes.
